Meet Marissa

I was born and raised in East Central Alberta on a large Polled Hereford operation.  I have been involved with agriculture for as long as I can remember, an avid member of 4-H and rodeos of every level as a child.

After high school, I completed my Business Administration diploma with a major in Finance.  I spent the next 2 years working as a personal lender for ATB before my husband and I moved to Saskatchewan to build our farming operation.

After settling in Saskatchewan I worked as a commercial/agriculture lender for Affinity Credit Union for 6 years, while completing my mutual funds licensing, as well as my life insurance/segregated funds education.

I am currently in the process of completing my Certified Financial Planner designation and cannot wait to bring this information to my business.

My husband, and 2 children, spend our time building our commercial cattle operation, as well as being avid mounted shooting competitors all summer long. I have also been a competitive barrel racer for as long as I can remember, and enjoy spending time at rodeos all over western Canada.

I understand the complexity of a large scale farming operation, as well as the budgeting needs of individuals and families alike.

I enjoy meeting new people, and am always keen to talk finance.

I would love to hear from you!
